We are looking for innovative instructors who have expertise in a variety of areas related to wellness and leadership development to teach virtual classes (art, nutrition, yoga, meal prep, and more) that are live and interactive with participants for members of our wellness platform.
You will be aligned with our company's mission to focus on inclusivity and high quality. You will work closely with our internal teams and be inspired by daily challenges on solutions that yield transformational impact for our members!

Sales Development Leads

We are looking for creative and energetic Sales Development Leads to cultivate strategic relationships to expand our customer base. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities in the wellness and inclusion space to close revenue gaps.
Identify and establish prospective partners and channels for growth and expand revenue and customer base
Develop effective prospect sales pipeline and marketing outreach program to meet sales targets
Understand client business issues and be able to effectively articulate goals and present actionable solutions
Prepare and present proposals to decision makers
Design and propose new service or product enhancements or offerings to meet customer needs and demands
Serve as resource for best practices, emerging trends, and expert to move the industry forward
Seek out opportunities to successfully elevate awareness of company mission and initiatives

Ability to prospect, establish effective communication, maintain positive relationships, and close sales opportunities in competitive marketplace
Proven revenue generator with established network of senior level decision maker contacts
Track record of high growth performance and excellent relations

Background in sales, wellness, learning & development, inclusion & culture building, employee experience, and subscription membership a plus
Broad understanding of future workplace landscape
