Igor has built a reputation as a tech industry innovator both on the technical and business fronts alike. He has balanced his technical roots and executive acumen with top-level involvement in high-profile projects for such brands as Volkswagen AG, Orbitz, and American Airlines. He is founder of Intersog, an international provider of full-cycle custom software engineering and staffing solutions with multiple office locations all over the world.
Howell is an innovation strategist, author, speaker who specializes in designing new models for change. He developed the GreenHouse Theory of Social Innovation, and is co-author of the first practicing PhD in social innovation, leadership and advanced management. He is chief architect of Innovation Dynamics™, a collection of lenses to identify the norms holding social problems in place and how best to subvert them to effect measurable change.
Sara is a licensed practicing Clinical and Developmental Psychologist, and Assistant Research Scientist and Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University (NYU Health). She trained at Yale, University of Pittsburgh, and University of Illinois at Chicago. She published peer-reviewed articles on infant social, cognitive and emotional development, infant and toddler development of prosocial skills, early emergence of behavior problems, and parenting.
