She collaborates on yoga instruction for Little Lion's mindfulness and confidence building program and also works as a director working with healthcare companies at a Fortune 500 company. A former gymnast for 15 years, Elise is a strong believer in the mind-body connection and how essential it is in maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being. She incorporates this belief into her teachings and practice.
Art for Self-Care & Creative Thinking
Kristen is a visual art instructor and working artist with a BA in Art History and a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning. Kristen works for Little Lion on art for professional skills such as self-care, creative thinking, and looking at new ways to problem solve. She has taught art for 10 years including working with adult learners in implementing the use of art as meditation and self-care. Kristen believes art education is beneficial for everyone and has organized art events to support community initiatives.
Devon is an innovative collaborator and marketer who has worked with start-up's ranging from music and art, clothing and design, babysitting and pet sitting app services, and NonProfit Resource Centers. He also co-founded Artifesto, a Music Festival Company, that facilitates and showcases young artists and passionate entrepreneurs in the form of live performances, art battles, live poetry, and food vendors. He aims to bridge gaps between dynamic thinkers and action takers.
